Experience: 3+ years

Job Location: Doha, Qatar (onsite)
Qualification: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Document Control is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
◆Minimum 3 years of experience in the oil & gas industry as a Technical Clerk / Document Controller.
◆Handle end-to-end document control activities, including registration, distribution, revision control, and archiving of technical documents.
◆Operate and maintain EDMS (Aconex, SharePoint, OpenText, or similar), ensuring accurate indexing and document tracking.
◆Coordinate document submissions, transmittals, and communications with engineering teams, clients, and contractors.
◆Maintain master document registers, logs, and document status reports.
Provide technical, clerical, and administrative support for oil & gas project documentation
