Junior Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Primary Accountabilities :
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) tailored specifically for interior fit-out projects.
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs directly from engineering drawings and architectural project documents.
• Assist in comprehensive cost estimation, project budgeting, and ongoing cost control activities.
• Support the full lifecycle of tender preparation and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers to secure competitive quotations and pricing.
• Assist with subcontractor evaluation, procurement workflows, and contract administration.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date project cost records and financial reports.
Core Competencies :
• Minimum 1–2 years of mandatory UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the interior fit-out sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost control procedures.
• Proven familiarity with tendering processes, subcontractor evaluation, and contract administration.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized quantity surveying/estimating software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and professional communication skills.
