Charter Sales Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Commercial Mandates & Functions :
• Promote the company’s aircraft fleet to charter brokers, travel partners, and direct clients
• Respond promptly to charter requests and prepare competitive quotations
• Follow up on sales opportunities and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the charter brokerage and business aviation community
• Collaborate with Flight Operations and Ground Operations teams to support charter activities
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client network
• Monitor aviation market trends and emerging charter opportunities
• Contribute to commercial growth strategies and fleet utilization objectives
Aviation Profile Prerequisites :
• Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in private aviation charter sales, charter brokerage, aircraft management, or a related aviation role
• An established network within the private aviation, charter brokerage, and luxury travel sectors
• Strong functional understanding of aircraft capabilities and business aviation operations
• Solid knowledge of charter pricing structures and specialized sales processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve commercial objectives
• Professional, customer-focused, and commercially driven approach
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
