Job Summary
Dime International is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within its Structural & Piping Fabrication Workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and lead maintenance teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of workshop machinery and equipment
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns
• Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and safety compliance standards
Requirements
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fabrication workshop maintenance
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with fabrication equipment and strong leadership skills
