We are looking for an experienced Sales/Business Manager based in Bahrain who is available to start immediately.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying sales leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Delivering high-level technical demonstrations and presentations to C-Suite executives.
- Building long-term relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Staying updated on local IT governance, compliance frameworks (such as CBB/SAMA), and regional tech trends.
- Maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system while collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams.

Requirements include:
- A minimum of 2–5+ years of direct experience in IT, SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT staffing sales.
- Familiarity with solutions such as Enterprise Cyber Defence, AI Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, or ERP systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA) are a strong plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, etc.) for client meetings and explore new business.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving targets in previous roles.
