We are hiring an experienced professional to lead the Human Resources function:
š¹ Position: HR Manager
š Location: Saudi Arabia
š Key Responsibilities:
š¹ Manage daily HR operations and employee affairs
š¹ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
š¹ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
š¹ Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
š¹ Coordinate with management on HR strategies and workforce planning
š Requirements:
š¹ Minimum 7+ years of experience in Human Resources management
š¹ Strong background in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, policies, and compliance
š¹ In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
š¹ Experience with government platforms and HR documentation
š¹ Excellent English language proficiency
š¹ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
