🔹 Quality & Development Specialist
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Quality, or a related field.
🔹 1–5 years of experience in Quality, Operations, or Process Improvement (preferably in Healthcare).
🔹 Professional certification in one or more of the following:
▪️ Quality Management
▪️ Risk Management
▪️ Patient Safety
▪️ Governance & Compliance
▪️ Project Management
▪️ Internal Audit
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Support quality improvement initiatives and KPI monitoring.
🔹 Develop and update policies, procedures, and quality standards.
🔹 Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
🔹 Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
🔹 Assist in audits, reporting, and performance evaluations.
