We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring efforts and attract top talent across the organization.
🔹 Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
💰 Salary: SAR 9,000 – 11,000
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
🔹 Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
🔹 Post vacancies and source candidates through various recruitment channels.
🔹 Maintain recruitment reports and ensure a positive candidate experience.
🔹 Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to meet workforce requirements.
🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔹 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.

🔹 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
🔹 Strong organizational and time management abilities.
🔹 Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
🔹 Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
