Senior Buyer / Brand Manager – Footwear
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a portfolio of premium international footwear brands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global brand principals and suppliers.
• Develop seasonal buying strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer demand to optimize product assortments.
• Negotiate commercial terms, product allocations, and promotional activities with brand partners.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, retail operations, and e-commerce teams to maximize category performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and OTB (Open-to-Buy) planning activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in footwear buying, category management, or brand management.
• Strong experience managing premium portfolios of Tier-One global footwear brands.
• Proven success working with internationally recognized brands
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in assortment planning, inventory management, forecasting, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within a multi-brand retail environment is highly preferred.
• Must be currently based in Kuwait.
• Must hold a transferable residency (Visa 18 Ahli).
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
