Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
šŸ”¹ Saudi national (male/female) only.
šŸ”¹ Proficiency in English at level (B1–B2).
šŸ”¹ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
šŸ”¹ At least one year of experience in the field of customer service.
šŸ”¹ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
šŸ”¹ Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and call center technologies.
šŸ”¹ Full-time availability to work on a shift basis (24/7).
