Customer Service Representative (Male/Female)
Key Responsibilities:
š¹ Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls.
š¹ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues effectively.
š¹ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
š¹ Work within a fast-paced, challenging team-oriented environment.
Job Requirements:
š¹ Saudi national (male/female) only.
š¹ Proficiency in English at level (B1āB2).
š¹ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
š¹ At least one year of experience in the field of customer service.
š¹ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
š¹ Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and call center technologies.
š¹ Full-time availability to work on a shift basis (24/7).
š Work Location: Riyadh ā Al Rabwah District
