We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement to join our lighting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement activities, cost estimation, supplier coordination, and can handle operations for lighting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement of lighting materials, accessories, and project requirements
Prepare BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates
Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices and delivery schedules
Analyze project specifications and drawings
Monitor project costs and maintain budget control
Prepare and evaluate supplier/subcontractor comparisons
Ensure timely material delivery for projects
Maintain proper documentation for procurement and project records
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or MEP (preferably)
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Procurement
Experience in lighting and/or electrical industry is mandatory
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
Good negotiation and supplier management skill
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/ERP systems is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Pay: 4,000.00 (AED) per month
