Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, and software.
• Ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and hotel systems.
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Implement IT policies and data security measures.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT services and maintenance.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT management (Hotel experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, software & security.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
