Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking Clinical Psychologist for their client in UAE which is a hospital and rehabilitation residential facility providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and residential services for patients with mental health conditions and complex care needs.We are looking for Clinical Psychologists with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology followed by a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience. UAE experience is preferred for this role and candidates must be eligible for licensure with the relevant UAE healthcare authority.The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, including clinical interviews, behavioral observations, and administration of standardized psychometric tools to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and psychological functioning. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs across inpatient and residential care settings.Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate therapeutic interventions. Support patients through structured rehabilitation programs, addressing a range of mental health conditions and behavioral challenges.Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care planning and continuity of treatment. Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, and treatment reviews.Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, prepare detailed psychological reports, and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and hospital policies. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and ongoing professional development activities.
Salary : Aed 38,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
