⢠Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM module development and customization.
⢠Experience in platform management, administration, and ongoing support.
⢠Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS).
⢠Experience with ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
⢠Hands-on with ServiceNow REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
⢠Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery.
⢠Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.
⢠Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and patch management.
⢠Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
⢠Good communication and client-facing skills.
⢠ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS-ITSM preferred.
