ā¢ Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM module development and customization.
ā¢ Experience in platform management, administration, and ongoing support.
ā¢ Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS).
ā¢ Experience with ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
ā¢ Hands-on with ServiceNow REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
ā¢ Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery.
ā¢ Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.
ā¢ Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and patch management.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
ā¢ Good communication and client-facing skills.
ā¢ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS-ITSM preferred.
