We are currently conducting a confidential search for an Executive Director – Finance (Sports, Arts & Culture) to join one of Saudi Arabia's most exciting destination development projects based in Riyadh.
This is a strategic finance leadership role where you will act as a trusted business partner to executive stakeholders, driving financial planning, investment analysis, portfolio performance, and commercial decision-making across a landmark Sports, Arts & Culture portfolio.
We're keen to speak with finance leaders who bring:
• 18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Strong Finance Business Partnering and FP&A expertise
• Experience supporting large-scale mixed-use, entertainment, hospitality, sports, or destination developments
• Advanced financial modelling, business case evaluation, budgeting and long-range planning capabilities
• A track record of partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic and commercial outcomes
