We are seeking a talented and passionate Asian Chef specializing in authentic East and Southeast Asian cuisines to lead our kitchen team. If you are a culinary artist dedicated to the true, traditional flavors of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisines—without localized or Indo-Chinese adaptations—we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Authentic Menu Execution: Prepare and present high-quality, traditional dishes across Chinese, Japanese (including sushi/sashimi basics), and Thai cuisines.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Sourcing & Inventory: Maintain strict quality control over specialty Asian ingredients, manage stock levels, and minimize wastage.
Hygiene & Safety: Ensure the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and sanitization protocols are met at all times.
Team Leadership: Train and mentor kitchen staff in traditional Asian cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
