Dispatch & Delivery Coordinator
Job Location : Kuwait
Duties and Responsibilities :
• Lead the drivers' team and organize meetings and field visits
• Monitor daily performance of drivers and stores, ensuring compliance and improvements
• Develop improvement plans, schedule shifts, and track attendance
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and 3PL for smooth operations
• Manage inventory and achieve targets in line with company values and strategy
• Train and coach, the team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements and Qualifications :
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams comprising diverse nationalities
• Skilled in operating various systems, with expertise in dispatching platforms such
as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PHZ-DIS
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics sector
• Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree required
