Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Executive Assistant in a real estate development company (mandatory).
• Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
