Key Responsibilities
š¹ Generate and manage tax invoices for e-commerce accounts in compliance with UAE VAT regulations
š¹ Reconcile sales, payments, and deductions with e-commerce platform statements and internal records
š¹ Process transactions through the company's internal PAF system
š¹ Investigate and resolve pricing, promotions, returns, and payment discrepancies
š¹ Coordinate with finance, logistics, sales teams, and platform partners for accurate order and invoice processing
š¹ Maintain financial records and prepare reconciliation reports
Requirements
š¹ Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a related field
š¹ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
š¹ Knowledge of e-commerce finance operations and reconciliations is an advantage
š° Salary: AED 5,000 ā 7,000 (based on experience)
