Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with clients and business partners to support the company’s expansion in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
– Achieve sales and revenue targets while maximizing business growth.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
– Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
– Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
– Coordinate with senior management and relevant departments to ensure smooth business operations.
– Utilize CRM/ERP systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
– Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Requirements
– Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the real estate sector.
– Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
– Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
– Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
– Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and reporting tools.
– Ability to prepare strategic sales plans and analyze sales performance.
– Good command of the English language is preferred.
