Project Manager – Civil Construction
Job Location : UAE
Requirements :
• Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE/Dubai civil or building construction
• Additional experience in infrastructure, fit-out, renovation, or civil maintenance is an advantage
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and closing construction projects within budget and schedule
• Experience in client management, contractor coordination, project reporting, cost control, quality management, and HSE compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• DM Certification is mandatory
• Proficiency in Primavera or similar planning software and AutoCAD
• PMP is an advantage
• 7–12 years of construction project management experience, with at least 3 years in UAE or GCC on medium civil construction projects such as G+3 villas and labour camps
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality permit process and Trakhees approval procedures
