Human Resources Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement
• Oversee training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and company policies
• Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR administration
• Support organizational development and succession planning
• Prepare HR reports and KPIs for senior management
Qualifications & Experience :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (must be an Arab national)
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including 7 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law
• Experience in Facilities Management, Hygiene Services, Cleaning, - --Hospitality, or other service industries is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or SPHR are an advantage
