Conditions:
* The applicant must be a Saudi national.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of recruitment.
* Experience in attracting competencies and managing recruitment processes from the beginning of the announcement to the employee's initiation.
* Proficiency in the use of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office software.
* High communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
