š Key Responsibilities:
š¹ Analyze RAN KPI trends and identify performance anomalies
š¹ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
š¹ Develop customized ENIQ reports and validate reporting formulas
š¹ Maintain dashboards and ensure data consistency and trend accuracy
š¹ Conduct periodic performance analysis and identify threshold deviations
š¹ Support network investigations and root cause analysis activities
š¹ Assess network improvements following implemented changes
š¹ Collaborate with FO, BO, Optimization, Configuration, Rollout, and Solution teams
š¹ Utilize SQL to develop customized reports and analytics
š Requirements:
š¹ Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field
š¹ 3ā5 years of experience in Telecom environments
š¹ Strong knowledge of RAN Performance Management and KPI analysis
š¹ Hands-on experience with ENIQ, Dashboards, and SQL
š¹ Understanding of Radio and Transport technologies
š¹ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
