š Responsibilities:
š¹ Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
š¹ Configure Core HR, Payroll, Absence, ORC, Talent, Performance, and Compensation
š¹ Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BIP Reports
š¹ Conduct requirement gathering, functional analysis, and UAT sessions
š¹ Provide post-go-live support and resolve complex functional issues
š¹ Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (REST/SOAP)
š¹ Deliver user training and prepare functional documentation
š Requirements:
š¹ Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
š¹ Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Absence (mandatory)
š¹ Hands-on experience with Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, Extracts, OTBI, and BIP
š¹ Experience in government, banking, or enterprise-level projects
š¹ Excellent communication skills and client-facing capabilities
š¹ Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
