Key Responsibilities :
• Greeting members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assisting guests with inquiries and membership-related information.
• Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Scheduling appointments and managing memberships.
• Performing general front-desk administrative duties.
• Coordinating with trainers and the management team.
• Maintaining accurate records and reception documentation.
• Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Eligibility Criteria :
• Good communication skills in English.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills.
