Procurement Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and contracts.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
• Oversee the entire purchasing process from requisition to delivery.
• Utilize ERP systems for efficient procurement operations.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is highly desirable.
