Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Primary Accountabilities :

• Generate high-quality commercial leads utilizing cold calling, target industry networking, and systematic market research.
• Execute field visits across regional business hubs to meet prospective B2B clients and deliver engaging product presentations.
• Conceptualize and draft tailored commercial proposals, financial quotations, and service level agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, monitoring client profiles and tracking conversion metrics from discovery to final sign-off.
• Coordinate with internal deployment divisions to secure smooth client onboarding and flawless initial service delivery.
• Monitor regional competitor activities and emerging market trends to formulate actionable business development strategies.

Skills & Experience :

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related professional domain.
• Professional Track Record: 1 to 2 years of active commercial exposure inside field sales or business development frameworks.
• Interpersonal Capabilities: Highly developed negotiation, relationship-building, and persuasive verbal communication traits.
• Mobility & Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; a willingness to travel extensively within the UAE (a valid UAE driving license is highly advantageous).
