Telesales Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Primary Accountabilities :
• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective corporate clients to introduce comprehensive HR solutions and outsourcing services.
• Qualify raw business leads, identify organizational decision-makers, and generate viable commercial opportunities.
• Consultation with prospective business partners to assess specific workforce gaps and recommend tailormade placement or administrative solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring meticulous follow-up on active inquiries to maximize conversion metrics.
• Maintain complete, accurate records of client communications, touchpoints, and call outcomes within internal tracking databases.
• Consistently meet or exceed structured weekly and monthly sales quotas and lead generation targets.
Skills & Experience :
• Visa Status: Candidates must hold their Own Visa or a valid Freelance Visa (Mandatory requirement).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, professional Diploma, or equivalent foundational qualification is preferred.
• Core Competencies: Clear mastery of cold-calling methodologies, lead nurturing, and standard sales negotiation frameworks.
• Interpersonal Traits: Outstanding verbal communication skills, natural rapport-building talent, and a highly self-motivated, target-driven operational approach.
