๐ Roles & Responsibilities:
๐น Receive logged tickets from the L0 support team.
๐น Analyze requests submitted through support tickets.
๐น Provide first-level technical support and respond to non-technical inquiries within the agreed SLA.
๐น Escalate technical issues beyond L1 scope to the assigned L2 team.
๐น Follow up on escalated tickets and coordinate with L2 and L3 teams to ensure SLA compliance.
๐ Requirements:
๐น Saudi Nationals preferred.
๐น Bachelorโs degree in a technical or related field.
๐น Proficient in both Arabic and English.
๐น Excellent communication skills.
๐น Strong problem-solving skills and quick response capability.
๐น 1โ2 years of experience in Technical Support or a related IT field.
๐น Healthcare experience or knowledge is a plus.
๐น Health Informatics degree is a plus.
๐น Willingness to work onsite in shifts (A, B, C) in Riyadh.
๐น Previous knowledge of NPHIES is a plus.
๐น Valid transferable IQAMA for non-Saudi applicants.
