Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage insurance claims, including denials and appeals
✅ Verify coverage & eligibility for patients
✅ Support hospitals & clinics with on-site insurance inquiries
✅ Collaborate with insurers, TPAs, and healthcare teams
✅ Maintain accurate documentation & reporting
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health
🔹 2+ years’ experience in medical insurance claims and rejection management
🔹 Strong knowledge of insurance systems & claims lifecycle
🔹 Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
🔹 Willingness to travel to hospital/clinic sites
