We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team!
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting, ideally in a patient-facing role.
· Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or Front Desk Coordinator is an advantage.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
· Confident in presenting treatment plans and financial options clearly and professionally.
· Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to convert consultations into accepted treatment.
· Highly organised with strong time management and follow-up skills.
· Proficient in using dental practice management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
