Job Position – Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
-Monitoring workload and providing solutions to ensure targets are met and risks are mitigated.
-Managing the quality output of all workshop employees.
-Coordinating with the Supervisor, Admin, and Purchase teams for material and other requirements.
-Ensuring all technical requirements are in line with approved plans.
-Coordinating with the Project Manager, Admin, and Purchase teams for manpower and material requirements.
-Ensuring proper implementation of the approved execution plan for project completion and handover stages.
-Monitoring every stage of project execution to ensure compliance with the approved plan.
-Coordinating regularly with the project manager, clients, and execution teams regarding project progress and modifications.
-Ensuring the quality of work and materials complies with the agreed contract specifications.
-Preparing and submitting daily project status reports to management.
-Preparing and maintaining daily site schedules for Project Manager approval and ensuring execution as planned.
-Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors as required.
-Planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes.
-Ensuring efficient production of goods and services during both pre-production planning and production control stages.
-Overseeing the production process and preparing production schedules.
-Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control procedures.
-Liaising with procurement, design, estimation, and other departments.
-Submitting monthly project reports to the Project Manager/Head of Department (PM/HOD).
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
