Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service within the shipping/logistics industry
• Strong communication, decision-making, and mentoring skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Candidates with RoRo and Projects/Breakbulk experience will be preferred
