Sales Administrator
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Process all vehicle orders accurately in line with sales directives, showroom stock, and demonstrations.
• Monitor vehicle availability and track transit to the showroom.
• Collate and record new vehicle delivery information; create stock files, stock record books, and stock cards.
• Complete new car sales orders and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) instructions, distributing documentation to relevant departments.
• Ensure all vehicle details, forms, payments, and log books are processed correctly.
• Prepare and complete sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team and keep them updated on customer order status.
• Deliver accurate data for financial reporting and assist with departmental reporting needs.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in automotive sales administration or similar role (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and dealership management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
