Store Manager - Fashion Retail
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, stock control, and cash management.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
• Analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, audit requirements, and health & safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements :
• Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent business orientation.
• Excellent customer management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait.
• Preferred Nationality: Arabs.
