Project Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage furniture and fit-out projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, materials, and site progress
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documents
• Ensure quality standards and deadlines are achieved
• Resolve site issues and manage snagging and final handover
• Prepare progress reports and project updates for management and clients
Requirements:
• Arab nationality
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of furniture production, installation, and site coordination
• Experience in handling clients, contractors, and project teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, or similar software
• Kuwait or GCC experience is preferred
• Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage
