We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition function and drive hiring across our corporate offices, restaurant operations, and central kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support business growth.
- Manage local and international hiring campaigns.
- Build talent pipelines for operational and management roles.
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and improve hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and government platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in F&B, Hospitality, Restaurant, or Retail is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, Qiwa, Muqeem, and ATS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
