HR Assistant
Job Location : Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Support and execute daily HR procedures.
• Follow up on recruitment processes, communicate with candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Prepare and maintain employee files and records.
• Assist in drafting contracts and preparing onboarding documents.
• Monitor attendance processes and prepare related reports.
• Contribute to planning and executing training and development activities.
• Provide administrative support in all HR aspects.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools (HRIS systems, MS Office, etc.).
