Restaurant Supervisor
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.
• Supervise the development of the F&B Division’s restaurant staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
• Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment by complying with the Health and Safety standards, developing and publishing evacuation routes; determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
• Complete restaurant administration and ensure compliance with Mohamed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with providing a strong leadership presence and control in the restaurant, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise.
• Help the Restaurant Manager in identifying training needs and providing ongoing training opportunities to the team as needed.
• Ensure all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times and in line with Mohamed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons policies and procedures standards.
• Evaluate competition by visiting competitor’s restaurant, gather information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
• Prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identify and investigate customer complaints and service suggestions.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the restaurant staff, recognizing and addressing areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/ Business Administration or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Knowledge and/or experience in the F&B Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
