Qualification :
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma qualification will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
Experience :
• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss.
• Knowledge of UAE labour accommodation regulations.
• Experience supervising housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage employee welfare effectively.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
