Job Responsibilities :
• Preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Monitoring receivables and working capital.
• Conducting financial audits and compliance reviews.
• Performing account reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
• Supporting business decisions through financial analysis and reporting.
• Working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.
• Analyzing business data to support supply chain, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria :
• Professional experience ranging from 3 to 10 years, depending on the role.
• Previous experience in FMCG, Retail, or similar industries is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.
