Job Details :

• 10–12 years of experience to lead our corporate financial operations in Saudi Arabia.
• This role is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, driving budgeting, managing treasury, and guaranteeing strict compliance with IFRS, SOCPA, and ZATCA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Closing: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS. Ensure accurate and timely closing of books and manage external statutory audits.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide comprehensive variance analysis.
• KSA Compliance & Tax: Ensure full compliance with ZATCA regulations (VAT, Zakat, WHT, and e-invoicing), as well as Saudi Labor Law and GOSI obligations.
• Cash Flow & Treasury: Monitor corporate liquidity and working capital. Manage banking relationships, payments, and treasury functions including Letters of Credit (LCs) and bank guarantees.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the finance team (AP, AR, GL, and payroll finance). Partner with cross-functional departments (Procurement, HR, Operations).
• ERP & Automation: Drive process automation and ensure data integrity within enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
