Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit Hair Transplant Technicians for their client in Dubai, UAE which is an international chain of premium dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and hair restoration centers offering advanced surgical and regenerative hair restoration treatments. We are looking for experienced Hair Transplant Technicians with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience assisting Hair Transplant Surgeons in high-volume hair restoration centers. Experience in FUE, Sapphire FUE, Direct Hair Implantation (DHI), beard transplantation, eyebrow transplantation, and graft handling is essential.The Hair Transplant Technician will be responsible for assisting surgeons throughout all stages of hair transplant procedures including donor harvesting assistance, graft dissection, graft sorting and preservation, implantation assistance, preparation of instruments, and maintaining sterile surgical fields. Ensure meticulous handling of follicular grafts to maximize graft survival and transplantation outcomes. Assist with patient preparation, positioning, local procedural support, post-operative dressings, and patient education regarding aftercare instructions. Support regenerative treatment procedures including PRP, Exosome Therapy, Mesotherapy, and other adjunctive hair restoration treatments where appropriate. Maintain accurate procedural documentation and ensure strict compliance with infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and clinic policies while delivering an exceptional patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
Salary : Aed 15,000 to 18,000 per month plus incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
