Real Estate Telecaller

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate telecalling, lead generation, and customer qualification.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and identify genuine buying opportunities.
• Experience handling real estate inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Good knowledge of customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion techniques.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact and engage with potential clients through outbound calls.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain effective communication with prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems.
• Build strong client relationships through professional and consultative communication.
