🌟 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.
🔹 Conduct quality inspections, audits, and quality reviews to ensure project compliance.
🔹 Prepare, maintain, and control quality documentation, records, and technical reports.
🔹 Review customer technical specifications and quality requirements and ensure effective implementation.
🔹 Manage quality-related issues throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate corrective actions.
🔹 Raise, investigate, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) while ensuring effective root cause analysis and preventive actions.
🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
🔹 Strong knowledge of API Standards, ISO Standards, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
🔹 Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and project quality reviews.
🔹 Ability to prepare technical documentation and detailed quality reports.
🔹 Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
🔹 Ability to interpret engineering specifications, drawings, and customer quality requirements.
🔹 Proficiency in quality tools including:
▪️ 7 QC Tools
▪️ GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
▪️ Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
▪️ NCR Management
