Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Call Centre, Customer Service, Admissions, or Telesales role.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
• Experience in education, nurseries, schools, hospitality, or healthcare is highly desirable.
