Are you an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in steel fabrication, structural steel, or industrial projects? We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth, managing strategic client relationships, and delivering successful project solutions.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐น Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and construction sectors.
๐น Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
๐น Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
๐น Review project drawings, specifications, and conduct site visits as required.
๐น Coordinate effectively with estimating, design, manufacturing, finance, and installation teams.
๐น Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle โ from initial inquiry and contract award through fabrication, installation, and final handover.
๐น Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful project execution while achieving customer satisfaction.
๐ Qualifications & Requirements
๐น Bachelorโs Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
๐น 7โ10 years of proven sales experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, or industrial projects.
๐น Strong understanding of technical solutions, commercial processes, and contract negotiations.
๐น Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
๐น Fluency in Arabic and English.
๐น Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
