Vega Premium is looking for a Telecom Retention Officer to join our growing B2B team.
If you have experience in customer retention, customer care, tele sales, complaint handling, or service recovery and enjoy building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
1. We're looking for candidates with:
· Telecom experience with du, e& (Etisalat), Virgin Mobile, telecom channel partners, or telecom call centers (preferred)
· Experience in customer retention, renewals, cancellations,
or complaint resolution
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
· CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong English communication (additional languages such as Arabic,
Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, or Tamil are a plus)
· Immediate availability and own visa/spouse visa are preferred
Candidates with relevant experience in Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or other service industries are also encouraged to apply.
Location: UAE – Abu Dhabi
Salary Range: 3k – 4k
