Requirements :
• Previous UAE or GCC construction experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations
• Ability to supervise large workforce teams
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
